Minor League Schedules
Minor League Schedules are out! Due in part to the pandemic, one of the unique ways this is being handled is making each series 6 games. Across the minor leagues, you will see that all teams have Mondays off, then play six games against the same opponent Tuesday-Sunday. Most teams will face the same opponents twice in a season, leading to one away 6-game set, and one home 6-game set.
Minor League Baseball also tried to structure all the leagues in the same format, with AAA starting in April, then A/AA going May-September.
Season starts May 4th, and runs through September 19th.

While this unique form of scheduling is easier logistically, there are concerns that bad blood might develop from two teams seeing each other a bit too often. My hope is that after a cancelled 2020 season, that all the players have a bit more appreciation for this year and don't jeopardize things with unsafe behavior.
Personally, I wanted to get to South Bend and Iowa this year (both within driving distance from me). I was thinking about taking Friday off work, and making a 3 games in 3 days affair. I can't wait for baseball!
