Minor League Monday: Week 12 of MiLB

Weeks 11 and 12 of MiLB action saw some more solid performances. Apologies for not having a week 11 update last week: Pronk was on the road and Caleb was sick. But we will make up for it now!
AAA - Iowa Cubs
The Iowa Cubs are now 29-40 after going 2-4 in Toledo and 3-3 In Columbus. As an added bonus, Pronk is going to be there for the 3 games of the weekend vs. Indianapolis, August 6-8.
Afonso Rivas has a 1.030 OPS in his last 13 games. Despite having just one home run, he's got 14 hits in 41 tries, continuing to be very hot.
Nick Martini and Michael Hermosillo also have OPSs over 1.000.
Justin Steele has started 3 games and given up just 1 run in 10.2 innings. All while striking out 14.
AA - Tennessee Smokies
Tennessee split their series against the Mississippi Braves, then went 2-3 in Rocket City with a rain suspension. They are now 29-38.
Luis Lugo gave up 2 runs in his two starts, continuing to pitch well.
Cam Sanders struggled, giving up 6 runs in 10 innings over his two starts.
Brennen Davis is red hot, with 5 bombs in his last 11 games. He only had 10 hits in his last 41 ABs, but 8 of those are extra bases.
High-A - South Bend Cubs
The South Bend Cubs are now 32-39. They went 4-2 to win their series vs Cedar Rapids, then dropped their series in Wisconsin, going 2-4.
Poor Max Bain went 0-3, with an ERA of 12 after giving up 12 in 9. 15 hits allowed and 3 Home runs will do that.
Delvin Zinn stole 9 bags to get to 42 for the year.
Low-A - Myrtle Beach Pelicans
The Pelicans started with a 7 game bout vs. the Columbia Fireflies, which included one makeup game. They went 5-2. Then they Welcomed Charleston to town and went 2-4. They are now 33-39.
Pablo Aliendo, Fabian Pertuz and Ethan Hearn had OPSs over 1.000. Jordan Nwgogu just missed with a .972
Manuel Espinoza started two games and gave up 4 runs in his 10 innings.
